When you agree to use the chatbot, we also collect the IP address, country derived approximately from that IP where available, browser user agent, device category, platform, preferred language, timezone, screen and viewport dimensions, referring page, and campaign parameters. If you later request follow-up, we may collect your name, contact number, email address and company details.

We use personal data to answer and follow up on enquiries, recognise repeat enquiries from the same browser, understand technical compatibility and enquiry sources, prevent abuse, schedule and deliver consultations, provide and improve our AI services, send service updates, and — where you have consented — share marketing communications. We do not sell your personal data.

By providing your personal data, you consent to its collection and use as described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer; we will process withdrawals within a reasonable time as required by the PDPA.

We may share personal data with service providers (e.g. hosting, CRM, and telephony providers) bound by confidentiality obligations. Where data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
